PACIFIC RIM PETROLEUM COMPANY LLC

Global Energy. Local Roots. New Horizons.

Pacific Rim Petroleum Company LLC is an international petroleum trading and commercial facilitation company built on trusted relationships, clear communication, and hands-on support. We work alongside qualified buyers, sellers, refineries, and strategic partners to help navigate complex transactions with transparency, professionalism, and consistent follow-through.

Our Foundational Pillars

03 Follow-Through

We stay engaged throughout the process — helping organize requirements, coordinate communication, clarify procedures, address issues as they arise, and keep the appropriate parties aligned as a transaction moves toward execution.

01 Relationships

Strong transactions begin with strong relationships. We take the time to understand the people, companies, and commercial objectives behind each opportunity, building trust through open communication, responsiveness, and long-term engagement.

02 Integrity

Clear expectations and honest communication are essential in complex petroleum transactions. We believe counterparties should understand the process, the requirements, and the responsibilities of each party before moving forward.

High standards should not mean an impersonal experience. Our goal is to make complex transactions easier to understand, easier to navigate, and better supported from the first conversation forward.

Commercial Qualification

Preparing for the Opportunity

Counterparty review incorporates applicable sanctions, restricted-party, KYC/KYB, and AML/CTF considerations as part of our commercial due diligence process.

We review appropriate company, ownership, representative, and commercial information to better understand the parties involved before a transaction progresses.

We help counterparties understand required commercial documentation, why it is needed, and what comes next — reducing confusion and helping the process move forward efficiently.

Inspection, product documentation, logistics, and other verification requirements are addressed according to the specific transaction, applicable procedure, and responsibilities of the parties involved.

Our team stays accessible throughout the process, helping clarify questions, coordinate communication, and keep the appropriate parties aligned as the transaction develops.

Qualification is designed to establish commercial readiness and identify requirements early. When something is needed, our team works with qualified counterparties to help them prepare for the next step.

Our standards are designed to protect the transaction — not complicate it.

We believe good due diligence, clear communication, and hands-on support should work together.

Operational Follow-Through

We begin by understanding your company, commercial objectives, product requirements, and ability to perform. When additional information or documentation is needed, our team helps clarify what is required and why.

We help align product specifications, volumes, delivery requirements, transaction procedures, and other key commercial terms before the opportunity progresses.

Pacific Rim stays engaged with the appropriate parties to coordinate communication, clarify requirements, support due diligence, and help address issues as they arise.

As the transaction moves forward, we continue working alongside the parties to help maintain alignment, clarify next steps, and support an orderly path toward execution.

You Don't Navigate the Process Alone.

Petroleum transactions can involve unfamiliar procedures, extensive documentation, and multiple parties with different responsibilities. Pacific Rim provides hands-on commercial support throughout the process, helping qualified counterparties understand what comes next and stay informed as the transaction progresses.

Our goal is to protect the integrity of the transaction while making the path forward as clear, transparent, and manageable as possible.

Counterparty Qualification

Intermediaries wishing to introduce a prospective buyer or seller may use our secure registration form to identify the opportunity, document the introduction chain, and provide the information currently available for Pacific Rim’s preliminary review.

The intermediary completes the initial registration and designates one authorized buyer, seller, or company representative to provide the applicable counterparty information. Registration is confidential and helps protect the disclosed parties and intermediary position, but does not constitute acceptance, allocation, exclusivity, or a commitment to transact.

Intermediary Fuel Opportunity Registration

Direct Buyer or Seller Registration

Prospective buyers, sellers, and their authorized company representatives may use our secure registration form to submit an opportunity directly to Pacific Rim for preliminary review. Select the appropriate Buyer or Seller pathway and provide the company, transaction, compliance, and supporting information currently available.

Use this form when no intermediary is registering the introduction. Information is handled confidentially and allows Pacific Rim to evaluate the proposed opportunity, but registration does not constitute acceptance, allocation, exclusivity, or a commitment to transact.

Please select the registration option that best describes your role. Brokers and intermediaries introducing a prospective counterparty should use the Intermediary Fuel Opportunity Registration form. Actual buyers, sellers, and authorized company representatives submitting directly to Pacific Rim should use the Direct Buyer or Seller Registration form. Please submit each opportunity through only one registration pathway.
