Pacific Rim Petroleum Company LLC operates across two complementary areas of the petroleum marketplace.
As a principal trader, Pacific Rim may purchase crude oil and refined petroleum products for its own account, take title to product, and resell directly to qualified end buyers, refineries, and strategic commercial partners.
Pacific Rim also serves as a commercial facilitator and transaction coordinator, helping qualified counterparties navigate established supply channels, prepare transaction documentation, coordinate communications, and engage with independent suppliers, titleholders, refineries, and commercial platforms.
Our role is determined by the structure of each individual transaction, allowing us to participate where appropriate as a principal, facilitator, or commercial coordinator.

Pacific Rim Petroleum Company LLC is a privately held Delaware Limited Liability Company and is registered to conduct business in the State of Texas.
The company is equally owned by its two Managing Members, Jeffrey L. Davis and Charles House, who remain actively involved in the ownership, executive management, and strategic direction of the company.
This direct executive involvement allows Pacific Rim to maintain close oversight of commercial relationships, documentation standards, compliance practices, and transaction execution.

Charles House brings more than fifty years of executive leadership experience across petroleum, infrastructure development, commercial real estate, international investment, and strategic business development.
His experience includes commercial and infrastructure projects across the United States, Southeast Asia, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, with a long-standing focus on strategic relationships and international business development.
As Chief Operating Officer, Mr. House provides executive oversight of commercial operations, strategic relationships, international development, and corporate growth initiatives.
Jeffrey L. Davis
Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer
Jeffrey L. Davis brings more than four decades of experience spanning petroleum, manufacturing, international business development, management consulting, and commodity trading.
His career began in the oil and gas industry with Phillips Petroleum and Halliburton, where he developed experience in engineering and field operations before expanding into international trade, corporate consulting, and commercial development.
As Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Davis oversees corporate strategy, commercial negotiations, compliance, documentation standards, fuel trading activities, and international business development.
